Challenge: Create multi-functional living room, dinning and kitchen areas for a mother and her teenager son to live together
Area: 914 ft² - 85m²
Proposal: Incorporate the balcony to the internal space to design a bigger dinning area; Demolish the wall between kitchen and living room, and build a cooking island in order to obtain an open concept space.
Software: AutoCAD plans and millwork designs + SketchUp models for finishing studies
