Proposal: Revitalize antique empty cinemas and theatre buildings; Create new uses for empty spaces along Bras Train Station historical axis; Renovate abandoned buildings and use their interior spaces to set up artists, film and photographer studios; Promote a new creative community to establish itself and transform the site in an active economical Arts and Entertainment District.
