Challenge: Add draining infrastructures to the existing coastal lot; Create a new pool house following the American-inspired style of the existing beach house.
Area: 21,500 ft² - 2000m²
Info: Project developed while working for an Architecture Firm. As an AutoCAD technician, I designed the plans, sections, elevations, infrastructure and draining detailed draws, as well as tridimensional SketchUp models.
