Proposal: Keep an existing wall, and then build a structural wall from this one to split the land into two. House plan designed with empty spaces to bring natural light into the rooms on the second floor; Suggestion of a courtyard to be placed in the middle of the house, between living, kitchen, and dinning areas to make the main floor spacious, fresh, and clear.
